Who we are. JP Studio83x is an AI video and image studio run by the site owner. These terms are a starting template, not legal advice.

Your account. You must be 18 or older. Keep your password private. One person per account.

Credits. Generations, upscales, lip-sync, face swap and AI-assistant replies cost credits, shown before you start. Credits are taken when a job starts and given back automatically if the job fails, is blocked by the AI provider's content filter, or is canceled. Credits don't expire. Credits are not cash, can't be transferred and are non-refundable once used, except where the law says otherwise.

What you may not make. No sexual content involving minors or anyone who looks underage. No sexual or humiliating content of a real person. No face swaps or voice/lip-sync of a real person without their permission. No impersonation of public figures to deceive, no harassment, threats or hate, no content that breaks the law or the rules of the AI providers we use. We may block prompts, remove files and close accounts that break these rules, without refund.

Your content. You keep the rights you have in what you upload and make, and you're responsible for having the rights to anything you upload (music, faces, footage). Files are deleted from our servers after a set number of days - download what you want to keep.

AI output. Results come from third-party AI models and can be wrong, imperfect or similar to other people's results. No guarantee of a specific result.
